This is a 5"x7" card, made from white cardstock. I then cut some black cardstock at 4 7/8"x6 7/8." The red cardstock is cut at 4 5/8"x6 5/8." I then embossed the red cardstock with one of the Once Upon a Princess companion folders. I cut a piece of the black and hearts patterned paper at 6 5/16"x3/4." I cut a 3 1/2" square of white cardstock, a 3 3/8" square of black cardstock and a 3 1/4" square of the hearts patterned cardstock. I added three heart buttons on the lower left corner of the layered squares. I used Paper Lace to cut the heart sentiment at 3 1/2." I cut the shadow feature in white and the regular layer in black. I then used some diamond Stickles and covered all the black cardstock. I finished it off with some faux stitching in red. I used pop-dots to mount the heart sentiment on the card.
I made this card using sketch #172 from Mojo Monday. I used the cupcake photo from Cupcake Inspirations for the colors and look of the card. Finally, I made this for 365 Cards. Their challenge today is to go heart crazy. They want to see at least a dozen hearts in two different ways. I used patterned paper, the die cut from the Cricut and the three heart buttons.
This is just beautiful! :)
