Monster Mash

I just love the Throwback Thursday Challenges over at My Creative Time. They get me using cartridges that I haven't used in a while or trying to come up with new ways of using them. This time there was a vote to see which cartridge to use next. Wild Card won out over Celebrations, both good cartridges. The theme of the challenge was to pick your favorite holiday and make a card using Wild Card (or any older cartridge if you don't own it). I decided to go with Halloween. I just love Halloween and actually decorate just as much for it as I do for Christmas. Not sure how much my husband enjoys that, but he goes along with it anyways. Plus, I just love seeing all the trick-or-
treaters and their fun costumes. And who doesn't love having all that leftover candy? :)Heehee. I chose to use the cute little monster card. I used some great Halloween paper from K&Company to cut out the card base, the monster and his face. The orange paper had the spider web on it and I used black diamond Stickles to give it some pizazz. I also used purple Stickles on the face. I cut out the Happy Halloween with the same green paper as his face, but then I flocked it with some light green flocking powder. I love it and hope you do too.
