Super Tweet!

This card is 5 1/2"x4 1/4." I used white cardstock for the card base. I then cut some blue patterned paper 1/4" smaller and adhered it down. I used a dark blue ribbon to create my own ribbon fringe, then wrapped it around the card. The little bird is a Cottage Cutz die from Peachy Keen. I used my Cuttlebug to cut it out, then used some markers to add detail to it. I stamped the sentiment on some white cardstock then used a star punch from Marvy Uchida to punch it out. I adhered the star to the card, then used pop-dots to adhere the bird. I finished it off with three star shaped buttons I found in my stash.

I made this card for the following challenges:
365 Cards: "Day 79" - create your own fringe with ribbon
Peachy Keen: sketch
Whimsical Wednesdays: "Back to Basics" - no Cricut, use an old-school elemen
