I have never seen this type of card before, but I really like it! I used the tutorial from Split Coast Stampers, which you can find
here. The card is 5 1/2"x4 1/4." I used Freshly Picked for the pot of flowers. I added some goldenrod Stickles and some bling to the centers of the flowers. The rest of the flowers are stickers from K&Company. The stamps are from Fiskars. I stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment in night sky ink and the "may all your wishes come true" sentiment in spanish olive ink, both from Tsukineko. The blue cardstock is cut into a 3 1/4"x4 3/4" tag. I added the blue eyelet and tied it with some twine from my stash. Not too much to explain about it unless I went into detail about how I made it and I think the tutorial will do a much better job than I could.
