Anniversary Card

I know it doesn't look specifically like an anniversary card, but I intend on giving it to my husband for our anniversary which is coming up pretty soon. The card is 5 1/2"x4 1/4." I used black cardstock for the base, then cut some glittery turquoise cardstock 1/4" smaller. I embossed the turquoise cardstock with the Diamond Plate embossing folder, then I wrapped it with twine and adhered it to the card. I added some black square brads to the corners. I used Paper Lace to cut the "I love you" heart. It was cut at 4" both the shadow and the regular cut. I used pop-dots to adhere it to the card, then added some turquoise and diamond Stickles to the hearts.

I made this for the following challenges:

  1. Stunning! Love the idea of the diamond plate!!!

  2. Hi Paula, Great card love the glittery paper...
