"Bee" Day Banner

Here is the banner I made for my cousin's daughter's bee-day party! I think it turned out quite cute. I think they will love it!
I used Garden Soup for the hexagons and the word "bee." The hexagons are cut at 5" for the black and 4 1/2" for the yellow. The word "bee" is cut at 2 1/2" or 3" and I can't remember which anymore. I cut both sizes and went with the one that looked better on the hexagon. I also covered it in black diamond Stickles. I used Pooh and Friends for the little bee above the word "bee." I used diamond Stickles on the wings and glossy accents on the body. I used Create a Critter for the bow, which is covered in cotton candy glitter by Martha Stewart. I used some pop-dots to adhere the bee on the hexagon. The letters are all from Type Candy and cut at 4." I covered them with some crystal glitter by Martha Stewart. The two bees on the end and the beehive in the middle are from Create a Critter. I inked around the edges of the beehive with some Distress Ink and used cotton candy glitter by Martha Stewart on the heart on the beehive and the bows of the bees. I used some diamond Stickles on the wings of the bees and gave them each a Peachy Keen face. I accented their cheeks with some pink chalk. The bows attaching each hexagon are from Once Upon a Princess. The outer part of each bow is covered in cotton candy glitter by Martha Stewart. I then lined everything up and punched holes in all the pieces and attached them all together with brads. I used brads so that the banner could move and be hung in a curve if necessary. I covered the brads with fruit punch Stickles to help them blend. I added eyelets to the outside two bows to be used for hanging. I hope you enjoy my little banner, I know I had fun making it!
