Happy Birthday Cupcake!

I feel like I have been neglecting my crafting lately when I look at my blog. I have been doing some crafting, but it is for a project for my friends' wedding, so I am not posting picture for a while yet. I have also been working on getting my house prepped for construction next week. We are getting a new heating/air conditioning system, so we are taking down the drop ceiling in the basement. I will probably be quite busy in the next week or so, but I will craft and post as much as I can. Now, on to today's project:
This card is 5 1/2"x4 1/4." I used a dark purple cardstock for the base, then cut some dark pink cardstock at 5 1/4"x4." The glittery white cardstock is cut at 5"x3 3/4" and embossed with the Seeing Spots folder. I wrapped and tied it with some pink ribbon. The cupcake is cut at 2 1/2" from Sweet Treats. I used a paper crimper on the cupcake wrapper. I stamped my sentiment, which actually two different stamps, or parts of them anyways. I then cut it to fit and matted it with some dark purple cardstock, cut 1/4" larger. I adhered the sentiment to the card base, then used pop-dots to adhere my cupcake.
