Purple Lace
I can finally get back to crafting! The work on my new heating/AC system is finally over. We still have to put the ceiling back up and drywall the parts where the ducting went into the walls, but at least I get my space back. So here is the first creation I have made in about four days! Enjoy!! :)
This card is 6"x6" and made from glittery white cardstock. The next layer is a dark purple cardstock, cut at 5 3/4"x5 3/4," then the brown layer is 5 1/2"x5 1/2." I cut the circle lace layer from Paper Lace at 5 1/4." The next dark purple square is cut at 4 1/8"x4 1/8," the brown layer is 4"x4." The circle lace layer there is cut at 3 3/4." I adhered everything to the card base, then added some white pearls. I cut a piece of dark purple cardstock at 3 1/4" and used a Martha Stewart punch around the page on it. I matted it with some brown cardstock at 2 3/8"x2 3/8" and the light purple layer at 2 1/8"x2 1/8." I stamped the sentiment, which is from My Pink Stamper, with some jumbo java ink by Tskukineko. I used pop-dots to adhere that layer down. I then tied some purple ribbon into a bow, with a butterfly charm in the middle.
