Guest Book

This is the guest book I made for my friend's wedding reception. She wanted something different than the usual guest book you see at weddings. When I asked what she wanted she said she wanted something like a yearbook, where people can write well wishes or congratulations. So I made this 8"x8" book and bound it with my Cinch. I used Life is a Beach and Pack Your Bags for all the cuts. I then embellished them with Stickles, glossy accents, crackle accents, glitter, chalk, ink and markers.

  6. Hi, Paula! I'm afraid that I've been remiss in keeping up with my blog visits lately. I got really busy for a while and made 23 cards in 2 weeks and then I applied for 3 design teams and had to make my sample projects to go for them. Anyway, I apologize for not having stopped by for so long. I can see you have been busy yourself! Look at all these wonderful creations you have made since I was here last. Wow! I especially love this book and the layout below it but each on is fabulous in its own right. Congrats on your GDT selection too. I'll try to come by more often.

  7. Paula this book is GREAT!!!! What a fantastic job you did. The bride will treasure this for sure.
You gave me an idea for my father´s 75th birthday that will be on September 15th (I think I am still on time to make a guest book and I am sure it will be a wonderful gift for him) Just have a couple of questions about this project, first what kind of paper did you use for the internal pages and my second question is how did you calculate the amount of pages you needed, did you base it on the amount of guests? I would appreciate your guidance on this!
    Hugs,
    Vivi
