This fun card is 4 1/4"x5 1/2." I used a pre-made glittery black card by DCWV for the card base. I cut a piece of white cardstock at 3 1/2"x4" and used 1/2" black squares to create my checkerboard pattern. I matted it with some teal cardstock that is 1/8" larger. I cut a strip of teal cardstock the same width as the teal mat and 1/8" larger than the ribbon. I adhered it to the rectangle and wrapped it with the polka dotted ribbon. I used Nifty Fifties for the cat. It is cut at 3 1/4." I added some star dust Stickles to the collar and star and lagoon Stickles around the edge of the teal shape behind the cat. The piece is pop-dotted to the card. I used a Scrappy Moms stamp for the sentiment. The polka dotted circles at the bottom are metal brad tops, which I got at JoAnns, when I was still in Alaska, when they were on clearance. For the inside I used Nifty Fifties again to cut the "cool cat" part of the phrase. It is cut at 3/4." I used gunmetal Stickles on it to mimic the look of the card base. I handwrote the "to one" part of the phrase using a shimmery gel pen.
