Monsterously Fun

I got Bump in the Night at Walmart last night for $20 and decided to make a cute little Halloween card with it today.  The card is 4 1/2"x6 1/4."  All the patterned cardstock came from a Making Memories 8"x8" stack that I had on hand.  All the plain cardstock is from my stash.  I used black cardstock for the card base.  The orange cross-hatched cardstock was cut at 4 1/4"x6."  I then cut some more black cardstock at 3 3/4"x5 1/2."  The polk dotted cardstock is 3 1/2"x5 1/4."  I wrapped the two smaller pieces of cardstock with some black and white twine and gathered it in the midde with a black button tied with some orange and white twine.  The monster is from Bump in the Night and cut at 4."  I flocked the orange parts with orange flocking powder, added glossy accents to the black parts, used some burgandy Stickles on his hair, and gave him a big googly eye.  I then added him to the card with pop-dots.  I used a Scrappy Moms Stamp for the "boo" sentiment.

I also finished the inside of the card.  I cut more of the orange cross-hatched cardstock at 4 1/4"x6."  I cut another piece of black cardstock at 3 3/4"x 5 1/2" and the polka dotted cardstock at 3 1/2"x5 1/4."  I cut a piece of black cardstock at 2 5/8"x2" and some orange cross-hatched cardstock at 2 1/2"x1 7/8."  I then cut another piece of black cardstock at 2 1/4"x1 1/2" and some white cardstock at 2"x1 3/8."  I used a stamp from My Craft Spot for the sentiment and stamped it on the white cardstock.  I cut a piece of black cardstock at 3"x2 1/2" and some white cardstock at 2 3/4"x2 1/4" as a spot for writing a note.

I made this for the following challenges:
