Fishing Deer

I have been out of town for a very long weekend. We left Tuesday night and came back on Saturday night. My husband and I went camping for the weekend, a sort of short vacation. The weather was fantastic and we got out kayaking three times, so it was wonderful. Now that I am back in town and back to work I thought I would make a card for some challenges. So, here it is:

This card is 4 1/2"x6 1/4." I used a kraft cardstock for the card base, then cut some striped paper 1/4" smaller. I used Elegant Edges to cut the stamp shape, both in the regular and oblong. I used the regular and shadow layers for both pieces. The fishing deer came from Campin' Critters and is cut at 4." I wrapped the card, with the square stamp with some twine and added a button. I used foam adhesive to adhere the oblong stamp shape, the added the deer to it. The deer is flocked, has gems for eyes, and I added glossy accents to the antlers and nose and crackle accents to the fishing pole. I stamped, then heat embossed my sentiment to finish off the card.
